We’re proud to introduce our latest floor plan, the Sassafras. With an elevation that would make Chip and Joanna Gaines proud, this spacious home is ideal for any family. Hardie Plank and a steel roof on the porch will make you feel like your home is ready for the big reveal on HGTV.

This new home is currently available in Pendennis Glen, but can be built on just about any lot in the central Maryland area.

The Sassafras features five generously sized bedrooms, one of them being the Master Suite which features a sitting room, vaulted bath and his and hers walk-in closets. There is a bedroom with its own private bath on the first floor – ideal for visiting guests.

Where the home really gets ‘sassy’ is in the beautifully curved staircase in the foyer and the 2-story great room.  Laundry, while no one’s favorite chore, is located on the main level in the mud room which makes keeping up with all those piles a bit easier.
